Resin Bonded Slab
INSULAC Resin Bonded Slabs (RB) is made of fine fibers spun from selected minerals melted at high temperature and bonded with a thermosetting resin. INSULAC Resin Bonded Slabs provide the best Thermal, Fire & Acoustic Insulation properties. conforming to standards IS: 8183:93, ASTM C 612 and BS-3958B-5.
INSULAC Resin Bonded Slabs are designed for thermal and acoustic insulation of flat surfaces or slightly curved surfaces operating at temperatures up to 750o C. The Slabs can be used in cold insulation up to -50oC temperature . It can be used Hot / Thermal Insulation in ovens, vessels, tanks, Furnace, Boiler, etc. The Slabs can be used in Acoustic applications Sandwich panel, ship deck, AC duct, False ceiling overlay. Rockwool RB slab is used in DG canopy and compression canopy.

Facing optional – ‘INSULAC’ Resin Bonded Slabs are available with Aluminium Foil (ALF / FSK) / BGT and White Tissue on one or both sides as per requirement of client.
