Light Resin Bonded Mattress
INSULAC Wool Light Resin Bonded mattress (LRB) is made of fine fibers spun from selected stones / minerals melted at high temperature and bonded with a thermosetting resin. INUSLAC LRB Mattresses are flexible, resilient, easy to handle and is having low thermal conductivity which helps to control of heat loss.
INSULAC wool LRB mattress are recommended for use in the thermal insulation of vessels, boilers, ESPs, pipelines, furnaces, ovens, tanks, ducts, flanges, valves and plates operation at high temperatures. These mattresses are exclusively suited for wrapping curved surfaces or for cutting to fit over irregular shapes. LRB mattresses are used for both hot and cold insulation to conserve energy, maintain process temperature, provide protection from heat and reduce noise level.
Industry caters to Oil refineries, Thermal & Gas Fired Power Plants, Sugar Industry, Fertilizers, Ferrous and non ferrous metal industries, Cement Plant and other process industries.
