Gasket For Liquid Level Gauge
INSULAC Level gauge gaskets are placed between the gauge glass and the main body of level gauges to prevent liquid leakage. It is generally used in reflex level gauges, transparent level gauges and weld pad level gauges. According to the working environments of these instruments, level gauge gaskets are divided into non asbestos gaskets, graphite gaskets and PTFE gaskets.
It is a traditional material used for sealing sight glasses. It is made of pure graphite sheet or metal reinforced graphite sheet after cutting or stamping.
It is suitable for hot water, weak acids, weak bases, inert gases, etc.
Features :
- Corrosion-resistant
- Good thermal stability
- Good temperature-resistant, pressure-resistant, oil-resistant, great applicability and air tightness
It is a kind of general-purpose flat gasket made of reinforced high-grade non-asbestos fibers and bonded with heat-resistant nitrile rubber. It has excellent anti-sticking properties on both sides.
It is suitable for hot water, weak acids, weak bases, inert gases, etc.
Features :
- Impermeability
- Corrosion-resistant, anti-sticking
- Compressible and creep resistant
It is constructed of 100% pure PTFE material. It has excellent resistant to temperature up to 260 °C and the pressure to 15 MPa under strong acid and base environments.
It is suitable for water, strong acids, strong bases, food grade media, oils, inert gases, etc.
Features :
- Food grade gasket
- Low fraction properties
- Good physical stability and great resistant to chemicals and solvents
